2015-11-25 with class 503




Today's lunch is a classic Taiwanese snack- braised pork rice, one of my favorite dishes. It is combined with soy sauce stew made of pork, which is then poured over hot rice. In Japan, most of the time I eat light food.  To my surprise, I like braised pork rice, which is rich in flavor. I like it very much!
