Today, I went to the library with Lily. She introduced to me her favorite writer, Dazai Osamu. I know Dazai is a famous writer in Japan. He was living in the 20^th century, and wrote many popular works, such as “Ningen Shikkaku”(No Longer Human) and “Shayo”(The Setting Sun). I like Dazai, too! So I asked Lily, “Where are Dazai's novels?” and she took me to find a novel at once.

I was surprised! It was “Ningen Shikkaku.”  This novel is about a man(Oba Yozo) and he feels desperate in the world. Someone said the story is like Dazai's autobiography, and he committed suicide after finishing this novel. I'm compassionate to Oba Yozo. I think his life is very pitiful. It was his personality that took him to the road of destruction.

I love “Ningen Shikkaku” very much! So I will borrow this novel, and enjoy it!
